Nimbus Nell is the walkthrough name for a large dark cloud with glowing eyes, fought by players in biplanes. Small black spiky clouds and projectiles fill the space around the boss. The plane interface shows BOMB, SHRINK, and PARRY. Official promo art matches this setup: two ink-jar biplanes firing at a storm cloud. A no-hit frame shows HP 5; a co-op frame shows HP 2. Those readings are not a shared health value. The name is a chapter label, not text read off an official roster.
